Haplotype Network Synthesis Through Graph Unification
This web page is the hub for the content used to developed and analyze the new algorithm for haplotype network synthesis using graph unification approach. For more information, please contact the authors:
Software
The present research has develop three different open-source software, all of them freely available at their GitHub repository.
Data
All the data set used to validate and analyze the algorithm is freely available for download or use. They are composed by:
- 100 artificially generated groups of haplotype sequences;
- one real group of haplotype sequences (from "Nuclear and mitochondrial phylogeography of the Atlantic forest endemic Xiphorhynchusfuscus (Aves: Dendrocolaptidae): Biogeography and systematics implications", Appendix B, FIB5 sequences).
The real sequences are also available in the GenBank and their IDs are available in the aforementioned article.
